The Advances in Distributed Computing and Artificial Intelligence Journal (ISSN: 2255-2863) is an open access journal that publishes articles, which contribute new results associated with distributed computing and artificial intelligence and their application in different areas.
Authors are solicited to contribute to the journal by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in the areas of computing. Before submitting an article, be sure to read the guidelines in For Authors, as well as the Template example and Copyright paragraphs to speed up processing.
Step 1. Get to the site
Once your paper is ready to submit, select Online submissions on the vertical
You will be redirected to the platform that allows you to upload your paper.
Step 2. Login or sign up
If you are already a registered user enter your username and password and press Login. Go to step 4.
Otherwise press the link Not a user? Register with this site
to register and gain access to the platform.
Step 3. Fill in the form
In order to register with the site, you are required to fill in a form with your personal data.
Fill in every field marked with * as it is a required field.
Make sure you select the convenient options to your language and role, as you can see in the image.
When you are done, click on Register
If data is correct you will get to a page like this one:
Step 4. Select New submission
From here you can submit a paper yourself. On the USER HOME
section select [New Submission]
You will be guided throw a 5-step process to finally submit your paper.
Step 5. Starting the submission
First of all choose the primary language of the submission.
After that, you need to mark the items from the checklist for your paper to be considered by this journal.
You can also add any comments to the editor.
Click on SAVE AND CONTINUE
to go to the second step in the 5-step process.
Step 6. Uploading the submission
Click Choose file
to locate the paper in your file system. When done, click on UPLOAD
After a while your paper will be uploaded. Press SAVE AND CONTINUE
to go to next step.
Step 7. Submission’s metadata
Your personal information should already appear on the form. Click on ADD AUTHOR
to add the authors of the paper.
Fill in the title and abstract fields as well as the keywords and language ones.
Finally, enter any contributors and a list of references and click on SAVE AND CONTINUE
Step 8. Uploading supplementary files
Supplementary files (data sets, research instruments, etc.) can be optionally uploaded from here. Click on Choose file
to locate the file in your file system. When done, click on UPLOAD
Provide necessary metadata for the uploaded supplementary file.
When you are done with metadata, select SAVE AND CONTINUE
You will be redirected to the page in Step 8, where you’ll be able to add any more supplementary files by repeating the procedure. When you have finished adding supplementary files select SAVE AND CONTINUE
Step 9. Confirming the submission
Click FINISH SUBMISSION
in order to finally submit your manuscript to the journal and that’s all.
The submission's principal contact will receive an acknowledgement by email and will be able to view the submission's progress through the editorial process by logging in to the journal web site.
